70 days since transfer from TSC>NBC anyone?
EB2-NIW PD June 9th 2020, NBC>TSC>NBC 2 transfers been the latest on March 17th 2022 from TSC to NBC and still no news. I’ve contacted Emma maybe 4 times now, with all different answers from still on NBC or has been transferred to a FO, opened a SR 2 weeks ago and still waiting. I’m still waiting for an RFE to send my medicals. anyone frustrated like me?

mine is transferred tsc to NBC 29 days ago no updates im seeing so many people getting RFE after 30 days yours is unbelievable 😳 70 days .

I’ve seen many people here got approved about a month or so after transferring. Maybe you could interfile your medicals. We did that for my spouse and the case got approved on the 2nd of this month and about 1 week from the FO receiving the medicals. Check this: https://gcinfo.org/kb/medical-interfiling/
