got the approval notices today for both 485 and 485j the notice date on both is 19th May, so at the same time the online status of 485j changed on 20th May to case approved the online status of 485 only changed on 24 May, directly to “card was mailed to me”. EB2 and NBC

485-J application (Interfile EB2 to EB3) was approved but the 485 status remains pending. 485-J application was approved within 180 days of the interfiling request, Is it safe to switch jobs within the same company and in similar roles without risking his 485 application?
