Hi Temi, I just don't understand it because the 1290b still says received notice was sent and this was in December of 2021. I'm hoping Kindness ! is correct and they've reopened and approved my husband's 1485 but it just hasn't updated. Also when I called uscis they said it means he has been issued status here but then they said his 1290b was still showing as pending so that call was useless

bunch of people are in this category. for me i765 was closed while i485 was showing interview completed. and nothing else. I called them but information given was not so useful and tier 2 will speak to me soon. Ead is expired and I just wait till something is done.

Hi G R my wife is in the same situation she went to interview for GC last year in March and it was denied, we filled I-290B on September and the status says they received it. She had a Pending EAD but on March 3 2022 the status changed to “case closed benefits received by others means”

Wow I really hope this is great news for our spouses. We applied for my husband 7 years ago.... the wait is beyond bearable now. But from the comments it seems that this is potentially great news! Looks like the 1290b statuses haven't updated yet.

Hey everyone, I've been trying to check my husband's case status online (1485) is uscis website down? it's now been 14 days since 1765 said case closed benefits received by other means. No correspondence received via mail, our lawyer has no idea what that means other than the fact she said it seems like good news. I just don't understand why the 1290b status hasn't updated then or the 1485 status which was denied Oct 1.

it been down since morning I called them again today and they said they will send mail. it been 14 days I got the same message. I hope it a good news.

Did they say they will send mail re your update temi? I'm still waiting for a tier 2 officer to call us back. I'm really hoping this is a blessing for all of us

Got a text and email earlier today saying uscis will be calling me in the next 1-2 days regarding my Inquiry

guys I receive letter yesterday for my appeal case what does it mean they receive my appeal and transfer it to they chief council officer to federal plaza and incase to make inquiries I must summit mail
