eb1c filing. I 140 765 495 131 concurrent. Submitted medicals also last year November. biometrics were done june 2021 since then no update. Nebraska location. does anyone has idea of what will they approve first, i.e. can they approve ead before i140? are medicals being requested again for anyone? Are EB1C interview happening again?

not sure 😕.. I am also new to all this .. but I heard ead can be approved prior to 140 but 485 will be approved after 140.. I may be wrong but that's what I know

yes, 485 will only be done after 140. however ead also taking very long. hope to get approvals soon.
