Hello everyone, thatâs anybody know how long it takes to get a decision of the case , after they receive the evidence , how long they usually Takes to respond back ? đ My case move to request of evidence , because we havenât respond a question from the I- 129 f form , thatâs why the case went to request for evidence , so I guess itâs nothing to big to get worry about it , but I donât know if they takes lot of time ti respond back , Itâs been already a lot of the time be waiting , and the case still there

hola Beatriz , la evidencia que me pidieron, fue sobre la pregunta de el récord criminal , en la parte 3 la pregunta 4A de el formulario I-129 f , my abogada no respondió esa pregunta , al momento de llenar el formulario , y me mandaron esa pregunta

Normalmente cuando alguien obtiene un RFE y manda la evidencia, es aprobado a las 3 semanas (puede tardar hasta un mes)

we are 523 days today and weâre only processed erequest since the case was out of normal processing time. Can we espect a RFE after all these days passed? we are about 18 months and we do not know how long will it take to be approved?
Do you have any idea how Lind will the whole process last?

Nos acaban de confirmar que recibieron nuestra evidencia el dĂa de hoy, ojalĂĄ todo sea rĂĄpido y positivo đ para los que estamos en espera. nuestro NOA1 es del 16 de septiembre de 2021.
