no previous marriage . we are together for 10 years . the in office interview wasn’t smooth . they separated us .... lost of questions

I don’t know , back then we didn’t have much documentation and we lived with my husbands family .... so not much proof I guess

So we applied on dec 2019 (PD) had interview on 3/29/2021 @Newark NJ, Submitted a lot of documents. But they haven't given us any decision yet. Interviewer told we will hear in a month or less but nothing so far. One SR resulted same as yours. Other said they are still reviewing and They can't tell the completion time.

annoying.... yes maybe to sue them will work for you , did they come to your house ?

not yet. I believe will have to wait if we don't hear back anything after 120 days then we can sue. We will see how it goes.
