Sorry to hear that. I had I-140 denied twice for the same sponsor (I had to fill everything again when the first time was denied). When they denied me the second time, I applied again, with a different sponsor and thank God this one was approved. 🙏🏻

in my case is EB2-NIW I Don't know if file with a different field and different attorney.

Just stay calm, don’t say negative words, once you have the letter, read through carefully and re present your case. and were you able to answer the RFE fully and was it within the time frame given??

oh I am really sorry to hear that. our i140 approved in 8th month in Nebraska. I think it’s also depends on officers.

140 is the crucial part. i485 should not be an issue.

depends. some lucky folks got green card within 3 months. some are still waiting for 2 years usually ppl get ead within 6 months, but some for some unlucky folks, it is 12 months.

I got the letter, they said I didn't send enough evidence for my field "Business Developer Specialist" in agriculture, they was saying a lot a good things of me but in conclusion they said I didn't show up enough strong evidence. so I don't know if do appeal or motion. I guess I have another chance in the same application. I Hope

Ivonne Medina, I’m so sorry for your case. I had RFE, I sent the answer in March 14 2022, in may 06 2022 I went denied and then I sent refile in March 21 2022 because my daughter do 21 years old in March 23, but in Oct 08 2022 I received other RFE. I’m so sad, but I believe the Lord can do things impossible. Did you get to do refile?
