N 400 interview
I received my letter for N 400 interview today. The interview is scheduled in March. I applied under the 3 year rule. My I 751 is still pending. Do I have to take my wife to the interview? The letter doesn’t mention anything about it. Some people are saying that since I 751 is pending, it will be a combo interview. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a pending Vawa case since 2022, I received a prima facie which expired in April 2024. I haven’t received any renewed Prima facie since then. what does this mean ?? if anyone has experienced this could plz share their views to keep my courage in this waiting game and weird situations with immigrants.

#N400 and I 751 together
Hello I applied for citizenship because I have 3 years with my green card by marriage. I also I applied a year ago for the I751. Four days ago both of my cases moved to interview scheduled. I wonder if someone has the same experience and know how the interview is. Is it only the test or something else?

Do we know if interviews in CDJ are still happening? Any increased risk going there now with Trump in office?
I am hoping that, if I am picked up, once they see my paperwork that that I've been working through every step of the immigration process legally, either the ICE officers or the immigration court will show leniency. I'm so close! Based on what we've seen, I'm hoping for an interview date within the next 6 months.

still waiting for EAD
is there anyone here still waiting for EAD to be approved even after 5 month ? I applied in September, got the receipt , did the biometrics in October and have been waiting since then , total wait will be 5 months in a week.
for those who were waiting and got an approvals after taking some action . PLease help - let me know what I can do to get this approved .
