EB1 Approval Tumeline
Hi All, sharing this so it may help someone. Submission was not concurrent and happened while I140 was still pending but had been bumped to premium processing about 2 weeks earlier. I693 was submitted with the packet. Did not get any RFE on I485. I140 was approved about 2 weeks after I485 submission but way before the I485 Receipt notices were generated.
Case was approved at NBC and did not move to FO. PD was current all through.

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Almighty. 🙏 My husband and I finally received our Permanent Residency (PR), and it feels amazing—like the sky is the limit! Alhamdulillah! ❤️

Hi everyone, my vawa got approved Oct and my I-485 was moved to another USCIS office. I got a letter for requesting for initial evidence but my attorney refused to show me what was in the letter. He only asked for my current address and to get my medicals in a particular clinic. Does anyone have or had similar cases before and what does it mean.
