Why does lawfully have my IR-1 as an F1?
I was looking at the bulletin and it has it listed as an F1. I thought I was nvc but it seems I am uscis with my IOE number. I'm an American citizen, my wife lives outside or the U. S. why is it showing up as F1 on the bulletin lawfully posted? And why can't I switch it to an IR-1

Receipt notice
I submitted my form I-751 for removal of conditions last week. It was delivered on Wednesday, today one week ago, but I have not received any notification from USCIS. I've been reading some people with different experiences, but have any of you received a notification recently? and how long did it take? I'm kinda anxious, just want to make sure that my package didn't get lost.

My EB2 ROW date is current!
I applied for my EB2 ROW 485 application in Oct 1. My PD is Early Apr ‘23. I already got my EAD (after biometrics appointment 11.1).
I believe I am in the National benefit Center based on prefix code.
How long would it take to get the green card now that I am current? Is there an interview?
For those who just got their green cards, when did you get it after you became current?

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is remaining hopeful or atleast trying to. I have a question, so I submitted my EAD for renewals, it will expire in June. I notice my lawyer send the application to the Nebraska office but I am pretty sure my case is being handled by Vermont service center. I ask her about it and she says all vawa applications are handled by Nebraska. I submit the renewal last month, but I haven't receive a receipt. I know there are changes going on since the new administration, so things may take a little longer. Does anyone know if what she says about Nebraska is true and have anyone submitted a renewal recently and have you heard anything?

Hello,
Need help!
I have received a RFE requesting original or certified copy of all criminal records starting from my first day in USA. But, I have never been involved in crimes except minor traffic incidents such as speeding and parking violations. All these traffic violations fee was under $300.
What should I respond to this RFE where I don’t have any criminal records?

is it okay to submit recently evidence like photos, evidence of bank transactions etc, we sent in a bunch of evidence at the start however would like to update since it’s almost been 2 years since we married etc, also my wife couldn’t add me to her bank account since I didn’t have any forms of ID under the US government, will this matter since they would know I live in Australia etc?

Wich is my priority date?
My i130 has a priority date of 12/31/2019 and was approved on 4/29/2021, and my i485 has a date of 2/22/2022, so what is the important date? I want to know if my date on the visa bulletin has already passed since 2019 or if I have to wait until 2022. I already have my work and travel permit from February 2023, but it expired in February 2025, and my i485 is still pending.
