EB1 will now move forward a bit in October 2025 VB. Already lot of EB1 cases are pending and as I understand all EB1 visa for thus year is consumed

No clarity around how dates will move, what is the pending rollover from previous year from other categories, how many cases are getting ported in EB1 category etc. Until we get some visibility it’s all a guessing game …
