Got today the notice that uscis has sent me a rfe request after 318 days. Hope the letter gets to me fast that we don't have to wait to much longer. But for all February fillers now our time has come. Praying for everyone.

Approved 🤍💟 Lost medicals and interview!
I always wondered when I would be able to do one of those “approved” experiences that I see everyday and sometimes it seems so far away when you’re dealing with longer wait times. I have waited 701 days and we had the most straight forward case.
Interview
it was two weeks ago and it was very simple provided documents and just when we thought we were minutes from approval, the officer said she couldn’t find the medicals on our records even though we have sent them. luckily she was a lovely and professional lady who was kind enough to send us a letter to the clinic so they can provide a copy for free. so that day only our 130 was approved. we sent the medicals once the letter arrived and just two days after we got apprved today for the i485.
turns out the reason it took this long if because our medicals got misplaced. interview was alewived initially and we would have been approved on March when we sent the Medicals if they hadn’t lost it.
On the bright side, the delay actually benefited us because we were approved for 10 YEAR GREEN CARD 🤩🥳
TIPS
Stay on top of yoir case but don’t obsesse
contact congress man I know I have and it helped

Interview date for expedited cases in Kathmandu Nepal
I got my case expedited and it took 1 months to change from “At NVC” to “In transit “ and finally to “Ready” .
but the interview is not scheduled yet .
can anybody who has experience on it tell me how long embassy is taking to process and schedule expedited case interviews these days ?
or even normal cases , how much time does it normally take to expect email from them regarding interview .

Today I got approved!!

- IOE981
All IOE9 case are not following any order. Many random IOE9 got approved at different times.
- My case was moved to Texas Center at the very last second. Apparently they move cases to organize the work better.
I hope you all get approved soon!
I will let you know the further steps as soon I get the instructions what to do.

Finally our prayers are answered. Today I have received update on our AOS cases and it moved to New card is being produced status. Hopefully cards will arrive in mailbox soon. hang in there everyone and stay positive. wish all the best to folks who are still waiting for the case update.
