Finally our prayers are answered. Today I have received update on our AOS cases and it moved to New card is being produced status. Hopefully cards will arrive in mailbox soon. hang in there everyone and stay positive. wish all the best to folks who are still waiting for the case update.

@bt, that's great. my PD is mar 2018. Wondering is there anything I supposed to do as Jan2024 is current for me as well. Any suggestions from this group?
last 6 months it is in CRP status at NBC as visa numbers not available

@santosh kumar thanks. my case is at nbc since July and no updates at all. not even CRP. Aug 2018 PD. hopefully we hear something soon.

congratulations!! my case is similar to yours. PD is Sep 2017 which became current in Jan 2024. Emma mentioned my case is at a FO yesterday. 🤞

@B T wow Congratulations! I am observing in this fiscal year quite a few EB1A folks are getting approved. As per my observation perhaps it was not the case in the last fiscal. 🙂I maybe be wrong though, it’s just my observation.

Really appreciate your sharing. This is the first EB1-C approval I seen for cases with PD became current in Jan’24… after 2023 retrogression… It gives me and others who are on the same boat hope that we will see decisions soon @B T My 485 has been submitted for over 480 days with PD of 4/12/2022… Hope to get notice soon.

congrats. there is hope. in the same boat! Jan 2020 PD, May 2022 i 485 filling, Jan 2023 I140 approved. CRP since 600 days
