I think it’s so weird that most people who file concurrently and get their 130 approved they usually get there 485 approved within the same time period (like same day or next day) ….. but it’s been 2 months since i130 approval. 😭😭😭😭 Lord please bless this case and all the others pending! IOE092254**** anyone else experiencing the same? filing concurrently.

help me please date are not the same In marriage papers
my marrige certificate was in another language today I translate to English so the date are different now for the both marrige certificates and uscis ask me for orignal certificate but the date is changed for each paper it’s ok or what can I do

Does anyone know how long does it take for uscis to update or receive medicals after sending them through the mail. I had to send my medical to a field office in Kentucky, it’s been about a week and half so far since my attorney sent it… does anyone know an estimate?

I am opening this thread to see if we can help each other getting some idea what USCIS is currently processing. My PD late Sep 2020, became current in April but no updates at all. The cases go from CRP to Aproval or they are usually assigned to a field office first?
Any September 2020 approvals yet?
EXPEDITE REQUEST APROVED NOW WHAT???
GOOD MORNING, BLESSED FOLKS. TODAY, AFTER LESS THAN 7 DAYS MY NEW LAWYER SENT MY EXPEDITE VAWA CASE REQUEST, I RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION THAT MY EXPEDITE WAS APROVED. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HIV+ A FEW MONTHS AFTER MY ABUSIVE HUSBAND LEFT ME, AND I ONLY FOUNT IT OUT AFTER MY VAWA WAS SENT. I'VE BEEN IN EXTREME CONDITION AFTER I WAS DIAGNOSED, AND MY MENTAL HEALTH SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED AFTER THAT. BASED ON THIS, AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS OF MY DIAGNOSIS I DECIDED TO SCREAM FOR HELP AND REQUESTED THE CASE EXPEDITING BASED ON THIS HUMANITARIAN REASON. I SENT MY PERSONAL AFFIDAVIT, LETTERS FROM MY PHYSICIAN AND NURSE PRACTITIONER, LETTER FROM MY 2 PSYCHOLOGISTS WHICH HAVE BEEN HELPING ME, AND PROOFS OF MY HIV DIAGNOSIS AND MEDICINES I TAKE FOR THAT. GOD IS GREAT! THEY FOUND IT ACCEPTABLE AND APROVED MY EXPEDITING. NOW...
HOW LONG MORE DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TAKE TO SAY YES OR NO TO MY VAWA CASE????😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏 EVERY DAY I FEEL WEAKER BEING IN THIS SITUATION. I'M ONLY 31 YEARS OLD AND MY LIFE SEEMS TO BE DETERIORATING DAY BY DAY! 😭#vawa #i360
