more than 300days waiting and stuck at nbc.

@eric gim In a same situation where there are no recent updates for EB1C. In NBC without any updates, tried contacting emma without any success.

you can call uscis and say “info pass” and they will connect you to a live agent. you can ask to speak to a Tier 2 agent so they can look at your case.
