hi vawa family, my family member has some medical issues, I will try to apply emergency travel documents,I applied vawa case October 2024 ,still not approved, if I applied emergency travel documents how long take time to approved, and how many months they will approve emergency travel documents,it’s safe for return to USA? pls share your experience .

My block code is IOE09260, PD late May 2024, Nebraska Service Center.
I am tracking approvals using TrackMy140, and for the past 3 weeks, my code block (IOE09260) has had many approvals (+200). However, Lawfully tracking does not detect this movement.
Is there any chance that this movement on IOE09260 is from other service centers or other EBs (EB1, EB3...)?
Is anyone in the same situation?

hi guys, I just had an interview yesterday with my husband in NYC Immigration office in Manhattan. My husband is citizen, and he petitioned for my green card. The interview was like about 30mins-ish, and it went pretty quick. At the end of the interview, the officer gave us a white paper notice saying that “your case is being held for review, ……”, and then after few hours(same day) my USCIS account changed to “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” for both I130, and 485. can someone please let me know what that means? anyone has similar situation? please help, thank you!! 🙏🏼 #greencard #F2A #Citizen #NYC
