I submitted an i131 expedite request at the end of March and shortly after I was scheduled for biometrics. I completed biometrics in April, but I have not heard back. Anyone still waiting for VAWA approval from December 2021
hello Everyone
I filed my VAWA (I-360 & I-485) in December 2021 and I'm still waiting for approval . My attorney recently sent an inquiry to USCIS regarding both I-360 and I-485, and I was told to wait a few months for a response from USCIS.
Is anyone else here who filed around December 2021 and is still waiting? If your attorney sent an inquiry, how long did it take for USCIS to respond? Any experiences or timelines would really help.

No decision almost one year
Hello all,
I submitted my Eb2-NIW based i485 on June 9 2025. it was transferred to Chicago fo on September 3. I got 3rd FTA0 on December 20. until now I didn’t get any updates. I am current since the day of the application. Anyone knows what can be the reason for that?
I did a congress inquiry and they said the case is in normal processing time.

I am SJiS. just showing my experience my pd is July 05, 2019 I’m still waiting to for a decision. it’s taking too long i just have faith everything will go well, hopefully i get a decision this year
