case inquiry response in 7 days
I submitted a USCIS case inquiry on June 18 and received a response on June 25 (about 7 days later).
This is what USCIS said in the response:
“Your case is awaiting review. We assure you that we are working to complete the adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. You do not need to do anything at this time. When we make a decision or take further action on your case, we will mail a notice to you or your representative at the address you gave us.”
For context:
* EB-3 Unskilled / I-485
* PD: November 2021
* Case currently at Los Angeles County Field Office

July 18, 2026. waiting to be assigned for review.

my medical is expired so i am expecting an rfe for it…

Different live agents will vary in what they are able/willing to answer you, I have had agents sharing details about interview but some other agents didn't want to share info on that.

@PD Nov 2021 .. I got mine response in 4 days and after 2 days status changed into fingerprints were taken.
