hi all,
AOS, married to s US citizen (8months since submitted) I got the EAD and AP approved last month so the only pending cases are the I130 and the I1485. This morning my husband and got the same email "We have taken an action on your case". we just came back home and checked the portal , but nothing has changed. Checked everywhere haha docs tab, inbox. Is this an error? we got all excited, he chatted with an agent and they said they don't see any changes in their screen. Anyone has experienced this situation? i mean we are not in a rush since I was approved for the combo card, but will be nice to be over with this. haha thanks 😊

3 days ago I got update from my USCIS that the can has been delivered to me. 6 months ago after interview it was we are reviewing your case.
today when I was checking it changed back from card has been delivered to you to We are currently reviewing your case. People what does this mean. anyone with an answer please share
EAD took almost five months to get approved. Isnt that supposed to be a COMBO approval? In my case, they have approved only EAD. All praises to God, as my first term of H1b will be expiring soon.

Just Random Thought about Visa Bulletin 2024
Since there’s another no movement in the next visa bulletin, I think it’s kinda impossible to reach my PD at the end of April 2022 cause last year they stopped the movement of the visa bulletin around October so if my guessing is correct for this fiscal year is only September and October leave and if the visa bulletin still stuck so there’s no way to get the approval of form I-485 this year, is it true? or there’s still hope to get movement in visa bulletin after October?
