Mandatus
So still no update and still not able to speak to my Lawyer and his office has became super disrespectful but I have to stuck it up because I already paid all my money. I am unable to speak to my Attorney since November 2023; he’s always in a meeting or out the country, that’s what I’ve always been told by my paralegal, but he’s active on social media. Today I was informed by my paralegal that I would need to pay $2500 for them to file a mandatus. What sense does this really make??? My vawa was approve March 2023! I’ve asked to expedite my case several times and they refused to help me to expedite my case. I’ve been the one to submit my medical and constantly calling USCIS. Does anyone know how to file a Mandatus? I really don’t have that money.
Just tired tbh I-130 was approved July 1st. Still nothing on I-485. I see people get approved the next day or within a week after I-130 approval. I am super tired and mentally exhausted 😩

Traveling with advance parole
Hello ,
my friend got approved combo card (vawa case i360)
1.Can he travel safely using his combo card?( he has no criminal record, no deportation but he came without inspection long ago)
2.Do you know anyone or heard anyone being refuse re-entry on advance parole?
His lawyer says he can travel but he is still scare .We searched online but couldn't find any stories of people being denied entry except for the one who had deportation or criminals history.
please help us 🙏thank you

interview Cancelled and Notice Ordered!
Hello and happy weekend!
l received case status update today that reads “we cancelled your interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxxxx, and mailed you a cancellation notice. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if we need something from you.”
My concern is that I did interview end of June and everything went very well. The officer only said he is still expecting my previously approved I-485 file because the file hasn’t gotten to him and he is required to have that file before he can make a decision (approve).
Please can someone who has had this experience before tell me what I might be expecting or what is happening? It is seriously giving me concerns since I received the status update since afternoon. someone should please help.

did not expect to be accepted so quick! blessed to have this process moving quickly. how long does it usually take to get a case number from NVC? I've heard it takes about a month, but I am hoping that it comes soon.
