QUESTION about travel to US
I am a US citizen living in Canada with my husband who is a Canadian citizen. We applied for I 130 outside of the US and are waiting in the processing phase.
We may need to travel to the US for a family medical emergency.
Has anyone ever traveled to the US while in the I 130 process? I do not want to jeopardize our application and would not travel for leisure however this is somewhat of a unique situation.

filing I-485 with expired passport
My PD is march 20, 2023(EB2-NIW), very close to become current. I have valid I-20 until end of next year.
My passport will expire in October, I would really appreciate it if anyone has any experience adjusting their status with expired passport while maintaining their student status

i submitted my application 12,2020 and my case was actively reviewed July 9,2024 ,please I want to know if someone have idea of the time frame from the day my case was reviewed?

A question unanswered in the I-129F application?
Hey there,
I noticed that we have left a question unanswered in our application. The question is if the beneficiary has ever been in the US. I have not been in the US before and have never applied for any kind of visa to visit the US. I do not know how that would affect our application and the timeline? I'm sad, nervous and it is just incredibly hard to be away from my wife. What should I expect? How long does it usually take for a spouse living abroad to get his case approved?

Can Green card holder sponsor asylum pending partner ?
Hello everyone,
I need some immigration advice
I am a GreenCard holder and my fiance has a pending asylum. We are getting married soon
Can I sponsor him for his GreenCard ?
I consulted few attorneys but they told me I can only sponsor him after getting citizenship
Please let me know if anyone has idea about this or undergone similar process..

Vawa filled in wrong section HELP
I submitted my i360 in August 2022, once my oldest attorney filled, she marked the section Vawa Self Petitioning Parant of USCIS or Son, instead Self Petitiong Spouse of Abuse. Everything else was signed with spouse of abuse. I received 2 prima facies, but I'm devastated afraid of my i360 can be denied because of that. Please help me. Im devastated
