our marriage was out of USA I live with him one year only after this apply for divorce any apply for vawa
when can I apply for citizenship after getting vawa green card ?3 years or 5 years

chating with emma i found my n400 was transfered to los angeles feild office to schedule interview on nov 6 LA did not schedule any interview yet
anyone have any exp or idea how kong field office takes to schedule interviee date ? any one have sinilar exp with LA office

It’s Interview Time
Hello Everyone. It’s been a while since I posted.
I am super excited to share that our case has been approved! It took 338 days to approve the I-130, and from the approval date to the interview date, we waited a total of 905 days.
Sending some encouragement to everyone still waiting: We were document-qualified on September 26, 2023, with the NVC, and our interview has been scheduled for early next year. It’s such an exciting moment! After waiting so long, we can finally start our lives together under one roof.

I need a little help please
I am divorced and applied for the I-751 in February 2023. Recently, on October 30, I received an RFE stating that I would receive a response within 60 days. First question: does anyone know if that response will be to approve or deny the case? Or is it just a confirmation that they have received my evidence?
Second question: I sent the requested documents on November 15. They haven’t updated anything since October 30. I want to know if I can travel for two months, but I’m afraid they might respond during that time, and I won’t be able to re-enter the country.
