hi all
I got married with someone has a citizenship our marriage was out of USA I came with him by visa b1 he didn’t file anything for me and after one year I filed for divorce and apply for vawa green card and got approved
our marriage was out of USA I live with him one year only after this apply for divorce any apply for vawa
when can I apply for citizenship after getting vawa green card ?3 years or 5 years

as long as you are a vawa green card holder you can apply for citizenship in 3 years
