Then silence, checked email October 15,2026 and there was a “weve taken action on your case” what could it possibly be?
I doubt it’s a rfe/ NOID because of the pf already received, doubt it’s the fbi notice because the of the wording.

EAD renewed
I filled for EAD renewal since Feb 2025, no approval yet, did biometric in September. EAD will expire 10/30 this month.
HR hasn’t said anything yet, do I just stop working or continue working till they say something.
if I continue working will it affect my case. I’m just worried about not having any income.
Denied Virtual Hearing/Missed Court Hesring
Hello, I urgently need legal advice regarding my immigration case. I had a master calendar hearing today, October 23, 2026, in California. I currently live in Georgia and updated my address with immigration authorities. I filed a motion to appear virtually because I couldn’t travel to California, but I only found out today that my request was denied. I was unable to attend my hearing, and I haven’t received any decision from the judge.
I’m concerned that I may have been ordered removed in my absence. I cannot afford an attorney. How can I find out what happened, and what steps can I take to reopen my case or prevent deportation? Can I file the necessary motions myself?

I did file lawsuit of Mandamus on Sept 2026 . I got result yesterday saying Motion to dismiss my lawsuit. they are saying I am in normal processing time . Filed VAWA on Oct 2022 been 48 months . Due to personal reasons I feel very very stuck . Vawa processing time increases every month very hard to catch up with . what are your thoughts on this . please suggest what should I do next …

Approvals suddenly stalled after FBI letter?
Anyone else notice that EB-3 Other Worker approvals seem to have slowed down after the September 26 FBI privacy notice? Why is there so little movement, and why is the wait getting longer? Has anyone who received the notice been approved since then? Any updates?
