Approvals suddenly stalled after FBI letter?
Anyone else notice that EB-3 Other Worker approvals seem to have slowed down after the September 26 FBI privacy notice? Why is there so little movement, and why is the wait getting longer? Has anyone who received the notice been approved since then? Any updates?

maybe because they have to wait for the fbi background check result to come back for any further approval
