Prima facie letter renewal
I have requested a renewal of my prima facie letter since 09/02. None has yet been sent. Instead I got updates on i-360 actively being reviewed. i-485 fingerprint attached even for my children. I already got 6 prima facies. I just do not know what else to do. I am going to call again and again. The school is on my head and threatening I stop classes.

EB-4 SIJS – I-485 & I-765 C09 pending / EAD expired – What else can I do?
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
I am an EB-4/SIJS applicant from Honduras. My priority date is December 20, 2021, and my I-360 has already been approved.
Here is my timeline:
* March 27, 2026: USCIS received my I-485 and I-765 (C09) package.
* May 15, 2026: Biometrics completed.
* My previous EAD C14 expired on October 3, 2026.
* My I-765 C09 is still pending.
* I depend on my employment authorization to work and support myself financially.
I have already tried several things:
* I requested an expedite request based on severe financial loss and provided/was prepared to provide evidence of my employment, pay stubs, financial obligations, bills, etc.
* USCIS indicated that an officer would contact me regarding the expedite/evidence, but I did not receive the expected follow-up.
* I contacted my Congressional representative, for assistance with my pending EAD case.
* A Congressional inquiry was submitted in early September 2026 (the congressional office later followed up around September 25, 2026). still no answer from uscis
* USCIS has still not provided a resolution on my pending I-765.
* I am now waiting for the 45-day period, which should be around October 18, 2026, before considering the next step with the CIS Ombudsman / DHS Form 7001.
At this point, my EAD has expired and my C09 EAD is still pending.
What else can I do at this point? Has anyone with EB-4/SIJS had success with a second expedite request, another Congressional inquiry, or the CIS Ombudsman after waiting 45 days?
I would really appreciate any advice or experiences. Thank you!

Hola a todos. Quisiera recibir consejos de personas que hayan pasado por una situación similar.
Soy solicitante EB-4/SIJS de Honduras. Mi fecha de prioridad es el 20 de diciembre de 2021 y mi I-360 ya fue aprobada.
Esta es mi línea de tiempo:
* 27 de marzo de 2026: USCIS recibió mi paquete de I-485 e I-765 (C09).
* 15 de mayo de 2026: completé las biometrías.
* Mi EAD C14 venció el 3 de octubre de 2026.
* Mi I-765 C09 continúa pendiente.
* Dependo de mi autorización de trabajo para poder trabajar y mantenerme económicamente.
Ya he intentado varias cosas:
* Solicité un expedite por pérdida financiera grave (severe financial loss) y preparé/proporcioné evidencia de mi empleo, talones de pago, obligaciones financieras, cuentas, etc.
* USCIS indicó que un oficial se comunicaría conmigo para el expedite/evidencia, pero no recibí el seguimiento esperado.
* Me comuniqué con mi congresista para solicitar ayuda con mi caso de EAD.
* La oficina del congresista presentó una congressional inquiry a principios de septiembre de 2026 y posteriormente hubo seguimiento alrededor del 25 de septiembre de 2026.
* USCIS todavía no ha resuelto mi I-765.
* Ahora estoy esperando que se cumplan los 45 días, aproximadamente el 18 de octubre de 2026, antes de considerar presentar el caso ante el CIS Ombudsman mediante el Formulario DHS-7001.
En este momento mi EAD ya venció y mi I-765 C09 continúa pendiente.
¿Qué más podría hacer en este punto? ¿Alguien con EB-4/SIJS ha tenido éxito haciendo un segundo expedite, otra congressional inquiry o contactando al CIS Ombudsman después de esperar los 45 días?

Late RFE submission
Hi guys,
USCIS mailed me an RFE to my old address, even though I had requested to
update my address in march. I did not have a phone for the last two weeks. The deadliy for them to receive the Medical exam, is today. I won’t have the complete medical exam form ready until today, and will ship it overnight.
I am a little stressed about that late submission don’t know what else to do. I tried everything to see if the could get it today.
any suggestions please?
Case at VBI/BIO- FOD for F2A outside.
Called USCiS today the agent said that my case is at VBI/BIO-FOD, What does it means? Is anyone else’s I-130 at VBI/BIO – FOD?
was told: “Current Location: (VBI) Benefits Integrity Office – FOD. Your case is still under case review, and USCIS is still reviewing some evidence within your petition.” No RFE and no action required.
Please share your PD, service center, and whether your case is #F2A/#IR/etc. I’m trying to see if there’s a pattern.
I-751 waiver and n400 #i-751waiver
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has had a similar experience.
My I-751 waiver has been pending since January 2023. I filed my N-400 in April 2026, and I recently had a combined I-751/N-400 interview. The officer said they would send me an RFE for additional evidence and reschedule my N-400 interview.
It’s been over 80 days and I still haven’t received the RFE or a new interview date. My I-751 extension expires in November.
Has anyone experienced something similar? How long did you wait for the RFE and N-400 interview?#####

Hola! a alguien le pasó que le migraron el caso a Elis el sistema electrónico/online de uscis. Mi recibo era MSC con fecha del julio 2024. y a partir de octubre me enviaron este nuevo número de caso.. después de más de 800 días sin ninguna novedad!!!
espero que esto haga que el caso se agilice así aprueban el I485

hi friend I have VAWA case pending 360 and I was travel last year to India and I came back to United States with the safe and now I came to India last June and then I was returning back to USA it was denied so I applied Redress Number and also FDL letter both, I got it and I booked your flight today from Hyderabad to Doha Doha to Dallas but still it was denied
could you please help me? with the next steps
