expediting RTD based on green card
hi guys ,
please share your experience with expediting I-131 based on family emergency I have applied today and I want to expedite it at the end of oct based on my family emergency travel to third country, my dad is sick and I want to take him for treatment, has any one expedited their RTD 2 months after filling ?

Filed mandamus in May, after 3 months waiting finally got approved. My attorney is really nice and professional and helpful. He is Taobo Zheng who shares a lot of informations about immigration and answer questions for free online.

1 year after interview still nothing
F2B category, PD June 2016. It’s been over a year since my AOS interview, and I still have no update from USCIS. I filed my EAD with my AOS, but still haven’t received that either.
I’m from one of the 49 banned countries, but as far as I know, the ban was lifted.
Is anyone else in the same situation? If you had a similar experience, I’d really appreciate hearing what you did or what helped.

yes did several expedite requests for health reasons and was denied. Sent in demand letter via mail got no response. Sent in via online portal and we got approved. Got the senator involved. Senator didnt seem to do anything for our case.

Desde hace meses el tiempo de procesamiento va en aumento inmediatamente sale el boletín de visas. No veo aprobaciones de la categoría F2A del año 2022 y pienso que somos muchos los que nos encontramos en esta espera que afecta el estado emocional.
USCIS Medical RFE Response Not Updated for My Daughter
Hi everyone, I have a question. USCIS sent a medical RFE from the Los Angeles office for both me and my daughter. I mailed both of our medical RFE responses together on August 28. USCIS updated my case on September 3, showing that they received my medical response, but there is still no update on my daughter’s case.
Does anyone know who I should contact or how I can follow up to confirm that my daughter’s medical RFE response was received and added to her case? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
