Hi guys, I just received a NOID for my I-360. Will they still approve my case? and how long the wait is after I send them more evidence? (a month? more? less?) please share you experiences. TIA!!!!

Hi, I also received a NOID on my I-765 form, they gave me 30 days,, so I could send them proof, then I saw an update when deadline was over. if you haven't sent proof yet, I really recommend you to do it.,before it's too late.

Hi Javier, thanks for replying to my post. They gave me exactly a month and 5 days to add more evidence. I’m planning to send it by next week. The thing is do they still approve cases after the NOID notice and how long after sending them evidence? I have everything that can support my case.

yes they still do approve them, receiving a NOID is good thing, it means they are reviewing your case, and proof is needed to be approved 😉.
