My I-824 has been approved! We received the NVC letter in our emails at 10pm last night. Though it doesn’t show the I-824 as approved, it updated my I-130 in USCIS to say it has been transferred to NVC (day 96 from filing I-824). I am a U.S. citizen and my spouse is Mexican. We also did not expedite either case. #I-824 #I-130

new card being produced - i751 joint changed to waiver
I just got notification that my new card is being produced.
I filed jointly July 2020, got rfe for good faith marriage june 2022. I then asked to change to a divorce waiver when I responded to my RFE 12 days ago. 5 days ago I requested FOIA to see my entire file, the request was approved 2 days ago and just now I got notification of new card being produced.
my case was complicated but I was honest and it may have been possible that my FOIA request helped. I wish you all the best.
