I’ve seen a lot concurrent filing being approved last two weeks without interview (my case). I had I-130 changed for being actively reviewd by USCIS and approved in the evening of September 28 and I-485 approved on the evening of September 29. Apparently you don’t have nothing to do, just wait the GC get to you!! Congrats! 🎉🎉🎉

congratulations 🎉 Harry C. if I may ask please, what are the documents you submitted with your application at the beginning or what other supporting documents did you submit, also what’s your RFE about ? thanks for answering my questions. am also in a similar situation that’s why am asking.

Hi! G O, I filed I485 I765 I130/131. as far as supporting docs it’s all the standard ones - Joint leases/bank account/insurance/all the bills/marriage certificate/travel itineraries… REF was verifying the employment status, so I just sent a letter signed by my spouse’s employer.
