Name on my Green card
Please need help.....When I got married i changed my surname to my husband name and i submitted the evidence to USCIS when i filled my case.
I got my greencard and my husband name is now my middle name instead of my new surname...I dont know if it is a mistake or because it is 2years greencard they want me to keep my father's name?

11/03/21 ‘my case was approved’ for both I485 & I130
11/05/21 ‘my card was mailed to me’
11/10/21 received green card!!

After many fights, finally my green card is approved
USCIS made many mistakes in my green card case but finally I have the good news today. I had to open a service request specifically pointing the inconsistencies in my case then I asked for help from a US senator. USCIS solved everything in 3 weeks after I asked help from the senator.

Just wanted to share that uscis updates our case from biometrics to new card being produced.Finally by God's grace and community wishes wait is over.Just sharing my timeline below so others can get idea whats happening. Initially i applied on EB3 but we inter filled on November 1st to EB 2 as we have both i140 approvals .Any questions please feel free to ask here so we can help others.Good Luck everyone.

After receiving an 18 months extension in May 2021 after filing on April 7th 2021 and another 24 months extension notice 2 weeks ago, October 2021…. I was finally approved today November 10th 2021

hello , I've been approved for the advance parole. I've received the approval notice, but no travel doc. uscis asked me to reapply,because they send it.no any tracking number and update online.
has anyone had this experience? I have been approved for the travel advance word. I have received the approval notice, but no travel document for 2 months now. ucis is asking me to reapply, because they say they sent. Yet there is no tracking number and no update of my online case. Can someone help me with their experience?
i-485 interview today orlando. approved
interviewer separated us from the beginning. we never sat together. yes/no questions and very basic questions. he didn’t take or see any photos. he asked what copies we want to provide. he told me to wait till this week for decision. but 10 mins ago, -i485, i-130 approved MashaAllah!
