@ so la - we got actively processing for about 12 hours and then got approval after this. if you’re in a similar situation, try contacting Hacking Law firm. after filing the lawsuit after 2 years of waiting, we got our approval within 3 weeks. it’s expensive, but with the $$

j j man i have been waiting since December 4th 2019 and still received and our marriage start to get very difficult 😣 and distance killing us . I don’t know what can I do to speed the process, I have did an expedite 10 times and called but nothing working ….

@ john & JA - trust me when I say, I completely understand the situation you’re in. this wait has been so difficult. spending so much time commuting back and forth to see my spouse - so difficult. I hate to say it, but the only way forward is to sue them. we used Jim Hacking (Hacking Law) and it cost $4,000, but very worth it. 3 weeks after filing the suit, we got an approval. my advice: DONT rely on posted times for processing, but once you’re able to submit a request, do it! the lawyer wants to see that you’ve attempted to get an answer reach out to your state Senator. although they don’t help, again, it just shows that youve made an attempt to try to get an update on your case.

I just called the uscis officer and he told me you have an interview for Naturalization for citizen ship on December so once you become a citizen your spouse will get approved quickly . so I’m gonna have a naturalization on December and hope everything go well.

J A that’s crazy!!! have you called them ? you are now out of normal processing time I think you need to call them and see what’s going on . please keep us updated .
