Hello ladies and gentlemen… I want to share my timeline and experience so far… I requested for an expedite on my case I-765. and I got a responds to show more evidence on financial lose on Friday, October 15, 2021.. and It’s was faxed… to God be the glory today November 17th,2021.. my EAD card was produced… now am waiting for my interview to be scheduled at my local office Long Island NY.. I give glory to God.. what God can not do does not exist.. we move always.

I installed the lawfully app just today after someone posted about it on a group and was surprised to see the status change notification in the afternoon. I’m hoping to receive the EAD card soon. Looks like they’re processing quick after the biometrics suspension . I had applied on sept 21, 2021 and very glad to receive it today. I’m very excited to start my career back after 2 years . Hope everyone who’s waiting for it, gets it approved soon . Good luck guys ! 😊

My fellow immigrants, I uploaded a version of this post last week but this one is my complete timeline from filing to reception.
April 2, 2021: USCIS received my case
September 21, 2021: case being actively reviewed by USCIS
November 9, 2021: EAD approved. Card being produced.
November 12, 2021: card was produced
November 12, 2021: I-797 approval received
November 15, 2021: card was picked up by USPS
November 17, 2021: EAD (form I-766) received/delivered.

Category: C8, renewal.
It cost peace of mind, frustration, depression, anxiety, but this page is now turned and my mind can get its peace back. 😂
No biometrics was taken. So, don't stress if you haven't received biometrics appointment. USCIS don't always send them. Plus, in some cases, they reuse old/previous ones.
Keep the faith. The waiting period is mental torture, but this too shall pass.
