Thank God my wife is finally aproved. After 11 months our case is approved at Potomac without asking for anymore documents or proof. Next, we have to wait for the appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Toronto. Fingers crossed. Good luck to all of you. May you hear good news very soon.

hey my lawfully family, good afternoon
we had our interview this morning. it was very very easy going, nothing hard we had an amazing officer. just asked me basic questions
she asked my husband only 1 question where he work.

family based. had interview today that went normally. officer gave hints we were getting approved but didn’t say the word approved.
checked status online and my 485 says new card approved while my 130 says case must be reviewed…
so did I get approved? or is there just a lag in the system?

what a sense of relief! May 11 PD, i-765 approved today!!
Been off work since June, with first 12 weeks mat leave and then since September, I've been anxiously wondering when my permit was coming in. In late October I finally reached out to my Congressman and worked over the last month to expedite with them and directly with USCIS / Emma. Got a call today from the Congressmans office that my case moved to the top of the pile and a few hours later, got the "Card is being Produced" alert on my phone. Tears of joy! It's been wonderful to have so much extra time with my newborn, but I hated draining the savings account too. God is good! All week last week and this week I just kept telling myself, it's happening this week, it's happening, you're getting that notice any moment!
Best of luck to you that are still waiting, because it is so hard! It will feel so good when it finally happens, just hang in there!
