I did by myself request to expedite the processing of my EAD on November 19, 2021 due to severe financial lost to company or individual. I received an email from USCIS for further evidence on November 29. I sent them by email and fax on December 1rst and my EAD was approved on December 2nd, 2021. On December 07, 2021, I did receive my EAD approval and today I receive my employment authorization card. I’m happy to receive it and I thank the Great Architect of the Universe. It’s important to share some information to the community because these informations always give hope to someone you never know. Here is my timeline: — December 6, 2021 Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service — December 6, 2021 We mailed your new card your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, directly to the address you gave us. — December 3, 2021 We approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. — December 2, 2021 We ordered your new card. — December 2, 2021 We approved your request for expedite processing. — June 15, 2021 We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. FO: NBC - Fort Myers Receipt #: MSC219148XXXX Type: I-765 based on pending FBAS I-485

SSN AFTER RECEIVING EAD
just wanted to let u all know people what I'm up to: Finally received my ead on Nov 24th but unfortunately we still have to wait for ssn which I haven't received up to today Dec 8th. it's been more than 7 business days so I just got a hold of the ssn field office and schedule an appointment ( I have been trying the whole week and finally got a human being to take my call) I got a job and they require it in the paperwork. The person that made the appointment on phone for me said that It's never gonna get to my mail if I dont apply for it but that's not true bc I know people from here that have got ssn in 7 business days or less after receiving EAF and with same timeline. Haven't had the interview or anything yet. I'm waiting for it to be scheduled. That's where I stand as of today guys! PD April 19th Marriage based c9 category #ssn #ead

what a sense of relief! May 11 PD, i-765 approved today!!
Been off work since June, with first 12 weeks mat leave and then since September, I've been anxiously wondering when my permit was coming in. In late October I finally reached out to my Congressman and worked over the last month to expedite with them and directly with USCIS / Emma. Got a call today from the Congressmans office that my case moved to the top of the pile and a few hours later, got the "Card is being Produced" alert on my phone. Tears of joy! It's been wonderful to have so much extra time with my newborn, but I hated draining the savings account too. God is good! All week last week and this week I just kept telling myself, it's happening this week, it's happening, you're getting that notice any moment! Best of luck to you that are still waiting, because it is so hard! It will feel so good when it finally happens, just hang in there! (NBC)
