HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET INTERVIEW AFTER BEING DQ?
hello fam, is anyone in d same boat w me? I was given 60days for my interview to be schedule abroad after being DQ in Aug. 2021 but received another letter saying I have to wait for another 60days! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ still no interview date. Does anyone knows how long it usually takes for one to get an interview date abroad after being DQ? D wait is really stressing!😏
E-filed I 130 approved, interview awaiting in 3 weeks

I share this post for those who are concerend about their E-filed I 130.
My wife filed I-130 online on April 27th. Next day, we could find the receipt notice through her uscis account. When we filed I-485 a few weeks later, we simply printed out the online notice to prove that this is a concurrent filing. We were actually waiting for official I-797 notice to come via mail, but it was delayed due to address issue. So we asked uscis office whether the online notice had the same effectiveness as the mailed version. Online notice has the exactly same contents except the fancy headings with uscis logo. They said it is okay, so we filed I-485 with I 130 online notice.
Then, there was a confusion regarding the service center. At first, I saw an update in uscis account that it is with NSC. But the notice said on the bottom that it is with TSC. On May 4th, the status changed to 'being actively reviewed', but I didn't have any update until last week. So I called uscis, and now they said it is with CSC!
In the meantime, my I 485 was being processed with normal timeline. I received the interview scheduled update on Dec 6th. And I received I765 ead last friday(10th).
Then this week, on 15th, I 130 was approved!! I was so worried because it was at CSC. And I was not sure how much they prioritize online filed I130. Also, I was worried that I485 packet is physically not with I130 packet.
But, it seems that uscis takes care of online filed I130 in the same timeline as the physically mailed forms.
I couldn't find many information on e-filed I 130, so I leave this info for those who are concerned as I was before!
