when did you have your interview?

the interview was waived

Congratulations 🎉 to you, @gs. This is fantastic news.
Did you receive RFE for medical?
g s20 de dic de 2021
nope. medical sent along with my 485 application. I wonder if there is a special reason why so many applicants wait for the RFA to deliver this item. It's totally fine to deliver earlier and surgeons are super quick with all the tests vaccinations and paperwork
Lorz Tor20 de dic de 2021
Actually I was advised by my lawyer to wait when we were applying in October 2020. This is because, with the old USCIS one-year rule, my medical would have expired. And I would have had to do resubmit it, which would also have been an extra expense. I have seen people resubmit their medicals because of this.
Currently, I have been waiting for over a year ... about 415 days for all my petitions .. i-140, i-485, i-765, i-131.

Indeed, suspected there was a technical reason for that. Thanks for the clarification
