my wife had his visa three weeks ago , I hav applied for her when she was pregnant, now that the child is here what application should we do , so that the child can travel together with his mom.
we tried to do the CSBA but the child can’t have the citizenship because I have less then 5 years living in the USA , please I need your help 🙏🏼

The officer was in a great mood and was having regular conversations with us about being married and if we still liked each other. We took 2 folder full of documents. He asked if there were any updated documents and we gave him our house mortgage and deed paperwork. He looked at them and returned it back saying that our case was approved. Now we wait for the green card to show up in the mail.

Finally GC Approved
After such a long time of waiting and stressing, my case was finally approved. It took total of 1 1/2 years for my GC thru marriage. I even waited 2+ months for the case to be approved after the interview which was a torture. Hope to hear more good news from everyone here!

NBC approval!
Thank you to everyone on this app and for your super helpful experiences along the way! This is i485 EB2 (not EB1). Seems as though pace is luckily picking up. Colleague of mine applied 2 months before us and was approved around December. FO Kansas City. interview waived. We got a retrogression letter 2 weeks ago (ROW) which was odd and they transferred back to NBC. Seems as though NBC approved it as soon as it arrived to them. (my lawyer sent a letter)
