Anyone in the same boat?
Hi peeps,
3 days ago (Tuesday) my interview at the US embassy has been scheduled and I couldn’t be any happier 🤗. However, I’ve come across a very terrifying issue. I tried booking an appointment for the medical exam, since the interview is scheduled for May, but according to their website no appointments are available until June. Has anyone ever experienced this?? I’m really scared that if I can’t get an appointment within the next two weeks I’ll have to reschedule the interview. I can’t and don’t want to wait any longer. I’ve waited years for this day:( and there’s holidays here rn, so I can’t reach out to any doctors until next Tuesday. If anyone knows what to do please get back to me!!!

Entre con visa de novio y cuando hicimos el ajuste mandamos la I-130 y I-145, todo salió muy bien y rápido, la cónsul que nos tocó fue súper amable, lo único que pasó en medio del caso es que nos pidieron análisis de nuevo y lo llevamos a la cita.

just update our interview was yesterday. new card being produced 30 minutes after our interview. then today update both i485 & i130 are approved.
hope everyone’s interviews happen soon! just keep positive it’s definitely a long frustrating process.
almost 2 years since we applied and had no movement until last month when they changed to ready to schedule interview then it all went pretty quick

hey, we had our interview yesterday and I just got an update on my I-130 case that was approved but my I-485 still has the same “interview scheduled” status. Do we have to wait for that to get approved too? or is the I-130 approval enough and I’m going to get my card?

Today I received the much anticipated notification "case was approved" yaayyy. I-485 was approved for myself and my spouse without an interview (EB2-NIW).. We added our medicals to the initial application so no RFE for medicals.
