just update our interview was yesterday. new card being produced 30 minutes after our interview. then today update both i485 & i130 are approved.
hope everyone’s interviews happen soon! just keep positive it’s definitely a long frustrating process.
almost 2 years since we applied and had no movement until last month when they changed to ready to schedule interview then it all went pretty quick

hello giftency, I don’t know if u remember but u replied my post where I was asking about being in removal proceedings and you told me your sister had gone through the same process, how long did it take for her to get her i485 interview?

Fresno california. our officer didn’t ask us anythin but the yes and no Questions in the packet. didn’t even want to see all the evidence I brought, Just updated financial and the new baby’s birth certificate

Our field office in Sacramento but they sent us to Fresno for the interview

I did reach out to the congressman because my husband’s ead renewal was still not approved after 10 months and after reaching out to Congress it was approved in 4 days then our interview was scheduled 10 days later

Card was mailed today so from interview to update the cards in the mail was two days
