approved!!! but with mistakes 😞
my employment authorization case got approved after 5 months in a same sex marriage couple. my only concern is that my EAD was sent with a mistake in my DOB even tho that I sent everything correct, they put March and I’m from June. and also, they sent my social security card with a mistake in my last name. i already fixed my social security card, but my EAD I had to sent it back with a letter explaining what was the problem and I had to prove it wasn’t my mistake but theirs. so I sent copy of my FORM I-765 and birth certificate, marriage certificate and driver license. hopefully everything goes well. anyone with the same experience???

Still At NVC
Hello, I have been documentarily completed last Sept 28, 2020 and I am still in queue for an interview letter in Manila Embassy. My Case is EB2 but I have been seeing EB3 applicants receiving Interview dates who were documentarily completed after me. (e.g Oct 2020, Dec 2020, Feb 2021, March 2021, Jan 2022)
Any advice?
I haven been waiting patiently but the system seems to have skipped my case.

My case was approved on May, 27 2022 today I checked the status again and it says it is approved today May 31, 2022. how that’s possible? an error from the uscis?

Combo card query ??
Hi people
today is a good day for me. my I-765 application got approved today thankfully. I have a query regarding it.
I know I can expect the card in 7 days from the status update but do I have to physically present at the address to receive it or sign something for the postal service or is it would be delivered like any other normal mail to my mail box without requiring my presence ?
in case it does , can my wife receive it on my behalf or it has to be me? PS: I am asking all these questions because I’m temporarily in a different state for job interviews.
2nd: can one travel on a combo card as soon as one receives it or it’s better to wait ? I haven’t visited my home for almost an year.

How long is it to get I-485 (EB3-1) approved after transfer to Field Office?
Hi all,
Here is my case history (also posting my history)-
- 4/16/2021 765/131/485 (with Surgeon Medical Exam) received at Nebraska Center
- Sep 2021 Biometrics recorded in my file
- 4/29/2022 Transfer to NBC
-5/02/2022 Transfer to FO (San Juan, PR)
-5/31/2022 FO replied, my application is in pending and within 120 days they will make decision or send information request
I never got the notice letter but it was updated on my USCIS account. However, it does not say which Field Office was my case transferred to (after arriving in NBC).
I found it out a week ago after trying to get that answer from Emma. This morning I got the email notification from San Juan FO after sending request a few days ago.

I got the notice (after sending request) this morning, and it says, "Your application is still pending. At this time, we anticipate you should receive a decision or other notice from USCIS within 120 days of this notice."

Question 1- Does anyone know "120 days" is just a standard reply to the request?
Question 2- Do I need to send another request sometime, a week later?
