How long is it to get I-485 (EB3-1) approved after transfer to Field Office?
Hi all, Here is my case history (also posting my history)- - 4/16/2021 765/131/485 (with Surgeon Medical Exam) received at Nebraska Center - Sep 2021 Biometrics recorded in my file - 4/29/2022 Transfer to NBC -5/02/2022 Transfer to FO (San Juan, PR) -5/31/2022 FO replied, my application is in pending and within 120 days they will make decision or send information request I never got the notice letter but it was updated on my USCIS account. However, it does not say which Field Office was my case transferred to (after arriving in NBC). I found it out a week ago after trying to get that answer from Emma. This morning I got the email notification from San Juan FO after sending request a few days ago. ****************************************************** I got the notice (after sending request) this morning, and it says, "Your application is still pending. At this time, we anticipate you should receive a decision or other notice from USCIS within 120 days of this notice." ****************************************************** Question 1- Does anyone know "120 days" is just a standard reply to the request? Question 2- Do I need to send another request sometime, a week later? Thanks! Wayne

hi wayne, my case was also transferred from TSC to NBC on April 29. It was then transferred to Norfolk FO on May 5 as per Emma, since then no news. How to make request to the field office? please let me know

Go to your USCIS account. My application says, I can send request to get a copy of Notification letter (never received). Then, I got the email indicate above.

The notice conteng shows my USCIS account says, “on 6 June, 2022 we ordered your new card and will mail it to the address you gave us”. This is so blessing!
