Long Road but so worth it.
Don't give up hope and keep the faith, few things are 1 ,the more evidence you send on your initial application the better. Don't make uscis ask you for more. 2 Keep checking your priority date, because it will move your case forward. 3 Don't be worried about the interview process, the uscis officers are human after all. It was a long 2 years with the constant unknowns, now it feels like a weight has lifted and I am now free to Live with my wife and kids. Good luck and God Bless

Separated before removing the conditions on my Green Card
Hello everyone,
I’m seeking for your advices for my case. I’m married to an US citizen it will be 2 years in August of this year but we have been together for 3 years. She doesn’t want to stay with me anymore and she asks me to find a place to live after a domestic argument. I’m wondering how can I renew my green card without her.
Please advise.
Thank you,
N400, Boston office
Submitted application June 14, 2021, had interview March 9,2022. Passed the interview but decision can not be made . Officer said I had marriage fraud on my profile . Asked for more documents like Lease documents because I moved to a different apartment , 401k, letter of employment and Tax return ( I haven’t filed them yet in March and there was time ) .
He didn’t make a decision right then . After I filled my taxes, I uploaded the tax documents.
June 15 , 2022 the same officer called and asked me the month that I moved out of my previous apartment and when I moved into the new one . 2 hours later , he called again to say he will approve the application and my status changed .
The 3 months wait was like forever , I contacted my congressmen to follow which they did , all the best guys. Now waiting for Oath ceremony
update ! Oath ceremony scheduled for September 8,2022@ 12PM @ Faneuil hall.
I am USA citizen , had my oath ceremony @ Faneuil hall today

EAD card being produced
Finally the wait has a definitive wait now . Today at 4:36pm received this update that the card is being produced . Was awestruck when I got this notification , to believe or not but later got a confirmation from my attorney that it is being sent over .
I’d like to thank the entire support group here at lawfully to have been through this journey and supported me with their timelines stories and struggles . I wish the same luck to my other felllow expectants of EAD.
Won 1 battle ready for the next the I-485 will still continue Untill fully liberated from this waiting cofffin .
