It was a nervy and sometimes frustrating road, but thank God that it's coming close to the end!
RFE was for medical. It was delivered to the Philly field office on 07/28. My status jumped directly from "RFE sent" to "Card being produced" on 08/02. It only took a few days from their receipt!
If you're waiting, hang in there! Don't lose heart.

I-140 approved and I 797 notification 06/25/2022
My I 140 was approved and I received a notification that my file was sent to NVC and that I will receive a welcome letter from NVC in a minimum of 30 days.
still Now, I have not received any correspondence from the NVC.
I would like to know if there are people with approval in June 2022 who have not received a letter from NVC.

I filed my I-485 and I-140 right after the pandemic started. most cases don’t take 800 days to be approved.
After all these months of long wait, lot of research, tears and hard work I was finally being approved.
It will come your way. my only advise is DO Research. don’t rely purely on what your lawyers say. this will give you answers and calm (and sometimes even options on what to do).
if you don’t know: you can reach out to your congressman and ask to request a status on your case. I’m not sure if it helps but definitely worths trying.
