Card being produced!
It was a nervy and sometimes frustrating road, but thank God that it's coming close to the end! RFE was for medical. It was delivered to the Philly field office on 07/28. My status jumped directly from "RFE sent" to "Card being produced" on 08/02. It only took a few days from their receipt! If you're waiting, hang in there! Don't lose heart.

I see you got approved right after your response to RFE. How long after RFE was received? and what’s your field office?

I got the delivery notification from FedEx on 08/28 that it was delivered. At that point the status still said "RFE from USCIS". I checked my status this afternoon and in jumped to "New Card being produced". I didn't get any of the intermediate statuses. So from their receipt to approval, it took about 6 days (including the weekend)

I got the RFE on 07/13 but sent off my package on 07/26 to the Philadelphia field office

Olu O, yes in less than a week after it was delivered. It was for my medical exam. The way the RFE letter read, it seemed like everything else about the case already checked out, and that once the medical was okay, they would approve my overall petition. I'm only assuming though.
