Finally EB1-C approved
thanks for all members in the group and their continuous guidance. finally on 20th my status changed to New card is produced and today it’s changed to case approved. oh Lord what a relief now. my prayers for all for success. believe in almighty and have patience, it will all happen.
just to summerize:
I 140- submitted on 15 Jan 2021 (approved on 5th May 2022)
I485 - submitted with medical on 19 May 2021 (moved to NBC on 20th Jul 2022, Approved on 20th Aug 2022)
All the best for all. i still don’t want to celebrate until i see the card on hand.

I had my interview today and got approved, will be waiting for the Oath Ceremony now!
Questions asked to me:
1. If President and Vice President can no longer serve, who becomes President?
2. What is one right or freedom from the First Amendment?
3. How many U.S Senators are there?
4. What is one promise you make when you become a United States citizen?
5. Who is the “Father of our country”?
6. Before he was President, Eisenhower was a general. What war was he in?

Approval but no combo card?
Hi Everyone!
So the EAD for my beneficiary was approved and produced. However it did not come with the combo card which can be used for travel. We applied for advanced parole concurrently. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the USCIS via phone with no luck. Any tips on how to speak with a live agent ? or if we should just wait it out ? we had hopes of doing a traditional wedding back home for his other family members and we wanted to travel in December.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you !

N400 Denial Reaffirmed
My N336 was denied on June 30, 2022. The basis for denial is now different from reason for N400. Nevertheless, they only gave reasons to justified their first denial to safe face because they did not call me for clarification as promised during N336 hearing. I have evidences to rebut 2 new major reasons cited for denial but weren't given opportunity to defend it. Rather than seeking district court review, I prefer to reapply with evidence of reasons cited for denial.
