nvc is the easiest way, make sure you submit everything and not missing anything.

For some people K3 speeds up I 130. For others it doesn't do anything. Either one will be approved eventually

my k1 for fiance visa got approved 2 days ago . it took 14 months for the first phase. i wonder how long will nvc take.

@binod yes, after 60 days, finally I got it last week

@Bruce 60 days after the case was approved or 60 days after the case was sent to department of state? My status says the case was transferred to department of state but i haven’t received any welcome letter in any form.
