Filing for EB2-NIW from outside the US
I have a few questions and would appreciate some clarifications:
1. Filing Fees:
Am I correct that I need to pay the following fees:
Form I-140 filing fee: $715
Asylum Program Fee: $600
DS-260 fee: $325
Premium Processing fee: $2,805
2. Mailing Address:
I intend to send my petition package to the USCIS P.O. Box 21500, Phoenix, AZ for Premium Processing of my I-140. Is this the correct address?
3. Additional Guidance:
Do you have any advice or experiences you can share that may help me as I prepare and file my EB-2 NIW petition?

I filed an I-130 petition for my foreign spouse in 2022. I just received a notice in November 2025 saying that an interview has been scheduled for me as the petitioner. I thought the I-130 is usually approved first and then sent to the NVC for my spouse abroad. Is it normal for USCIS to interview the petitioner directly? I also read online that this might speed up the process so that my spouse may not have to go through a long wait before coming to the U.S. Is that true?
