request for additional evidence
has anyone received request for additional evidence to prove that you lived with your spouse and more evidence about the abuse? we lived in separate states but after we got married she decided not to file and took the money from our account plus I don’t have anything to show I was living there except for bank statements, lawyer told me to do a psych evaluation and get letters. can someone help?

my attorney recently submitted the case for me to remove the condition and to obtain 10-year green card.
When I logged into my uscis account I still don’t see my case, how long does it take to see the case appeal under your account and receive the case number?

I applied on March 29, 2025, and received notice on April 1, 2025, after months I got REF on Nov 12, 2025, Submitted my REF on Nov 29, 2025
Got delivered and picked up on Dec 4.
waiting for REF Response and Approval. And nothing yet
