Filing I-140 & I-485 concurrently
Hello,
I was wondering what everyone’s experience has been with filing i-140 & i-485 concurrently? Due to me being from a fully banned 19 countries list, my I-140 is still pending even with premium processing. Yes i understand PP probably wouldn’t have helped but that was a choice we made. My PD is july 2024 and this April visa bulletin, it became current for EB3 ROW so I was wondering if it would be wise to file while it is still current as I think it will regress a lot. I was hoping to get other things done such as medical and biometrics as those seem to still be processing as only final adjunctation is paused. Any input is appreciated. thank you.
Green card application after asylum approved
Hi , anyone can suggest a attorney who can do a pro bono for our application of Green guard after we have approved asylum. I’m sure there are a lot of attorneys who are willing to support us. Please let me know if you know anyone. we are in the state of Virginia.
EAD card for dependent produced
my wife ead card was produced some minutes ago after being approved since December. Mine which is the principal applicant, both ead card and I-485 is not approved yet. we submitted since October and did biometric October. when should we expected I-485 approval? we are from one of the banned countries

Need advice;
Greetings everyone,
I have submitted congressional request on March 12, 2026 for EAD C09, since my H1B will be terminated by March 31, 2026.
I wont be having EAD
No health insurance
No drivers license since there in no EAD.
I have a neurological issues in my brain.
Need medication for
High blood pressure
Blood thinners
per-diabetic medication
and other.
How long will it take for EAD to be approved?
I need insurance for my preexisting conditions.
Marketplace says $400 per month for health insurance.
I'll be out of funds in 2 months.
Maybe it is time for to give up and get out of this mess!
Please advise.

Expedite approved
I submitted my I-360 expedite documents on Sept 7, 2025 and I got a notification on Jan 15,2026 that my expedite request has been approved but it been over two months now, no decision has been made on my I-360. Does anyone in here have similar experience?
PS: I’m from one of the partially banned countries.
