Have you tried asking Emma where your case is right now? Maybe start somewhere with a case inquiry. But many people still have not received decisions even after being current for months. So no one has a clear answer for your question, mate.

wait till the end of July before taking any decisions albeit congressional inquiry or mandamus.

@Paan Singh after being current on may is it good to try congressional/senate req straight away or is there a rzn behind waiting till the july end ?

@Mandem FC just my observation, some people I know got approved within 3 months of being current with just a medical RFE. For others their file only moved with congressional inquiry but they ultimately got interviewed.

@L Neves Have you tried congressional inquiry? My GC got approved after 7 months of interview because I request help from the senator.

@anonymous member no, I don’t. when my interview was made the visa number wasn’t available, that’s why pending. My case turned pending in march. 65days today and counting…
